• Warranty and Post-Warranty Repairs
  NSK's service center accepts OKOndt GROUP equipment for diagnostics and repair. If needed, original spare parts are ordered and worn components are replaced to restore full functionality.
• Rail NDT Equipment Calibration
  Users of OKOndt GROUP ultrasonic rail flaw detection systems can access calibration services at an NSK accredited laboratory located in Europe. Specialists NSK carry out annual calibration of equipment for ultrasonic flaw detection in accordance with relevant technical standards and industry regulations. Upon completion, customers receive a comprehensive calibration report, including conclusions on its results and expert recommendations to ensure equipment compliance.
• Training on OKOndt GROUP systems
  NSK’s training center offers hands-on instruction for operating and maintaining OKOndt GROUP’s ultrasonic rail testing machines. Courses are tailored to the customer’s specific application needs and are available in various formats.
