From 1 June 2025, users of OKOndt GROUP equipment can receive warranty and post-warranty support at the Arabian Calibration Dev. Rep. Co. (Arabcal) service centre in Sharjah. The range of offerings includes calibration, diagnostics, and repair of eddy current and ultrasonic flaw detectors manufactured by OKOndt GROUP, as well as consultations and training on their operation.
This service centre is authorised under the partnership memorandum between OKOndt GROUP and Arabcal, the official OKOndt GROUP distributor in the United Arab Emirates.

Services for OKOndt GROUP Flaw Detector Users:
- Warranty and post-warranty repair of flaw detectors. The service centre engineers perform diagnostics and repairs on OKOndt GROUP equipment for non-destructive testing (NDT). If necessary, parts are replaced with original manufacturer components.
- Calibration. Scheduled calibration of ultrasonic and eddy current flaw detectors is carried out in the Arabcal laboratory accredited in accordance with the international standard ISO/IEC 17025:2017. Based on the calibration results, the equipment user receives a protocol containing a conclusion and recommendations.
- Training and consultations. Service centre specialists provide training on how to operate OKOndt GROUP flaw detectors for ultrasonic and eddy current testing. These sessions can be tailored to the needs of NDT specialists and range from introductory courses to advanced, hands-on training focused on the practical use and maintenance of the equipment.
The new service hub in the United Arab Emirates marks yet another step toward developing the global service infrastructure of OKOndt GROUP, aimed at reducing service times and enhancing the quality of technical support for clients in the Arabian Peninsula.
